Data we process

Identification and contact data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by email (name, email address, content of the message).

Purpose and legal basis

Responding to inquiries. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, where applicable, for the legally required periods.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Technology providers acting as processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (web hosting and form processing) and Resend, Inc. (delivery of the contact email) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace, the corporate mailbox where messages are received).

International transfers

The providers listed are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR: certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@4tmt.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
